S. Roque has been dedicating itself to the construction of textile printing machinery for over 30 years. Although its origin is linked to the maintenance of these equipments, the opportunity to build this type of machine from scratch was quickly identified. The “Vale do Ave” region is traditionally an area that produces high quality fabrics, and S. Roque took the opportunity to create a quality product for an extremely demanding clientele.
 
The company was not content to serve only this market niche, and from very early on sought for internationalization. Initially, it created European partnerships for geographical reasons, and in a second phase, for cultural reasons, devoted itself to Brazilian and South American partnerships. In this millennium, it has become a global leading brand. Any market is in its reach.
 
S. Roque grew organically, evolving, predicting the market needs. Today, more than ever, it is not enough to have the best product in the market, providing an excellent service and having access to any point of the globe is also needed. S. Roque is proud to strive for excellence in everything it gets involved in, with a particular emphasis on seeking solutions.
 
In 2015 the S. Roque brand transformed itself in ROQ. In serving the needs of the 21st century, we recognized the need to create a global brand that can effectively communicate over 30 years of history, innovation, internationalization and know-how.
